This paper is a second part of the serial study on the design standards methods. The Questionaires were practiced to find out the building owner and professional's estimate of the Sogo-Sekkei-System(S.S.S.)and to compare with other systems that was objects of former study(1986).Main findings are as follows; 1)Building owners and professionals form an fair estimate of the S.S.S.specially on the control for well-shaped building and public open space. 2)S.S.S. is different from the systems by the ordinance or the agreement.3 systems are characterized by the estimate of each design standards and operation system.
