抄録

(1)Average measurment of all 14421 units at study area are 3.80m in width, 2.93 in width-length ratio, 3.32 in number of stories and 126.21㎡ in total floor area. Measurments are increased in accordance with road hierarchies. (2)Compositions of building usage are 1.5% in public, 40.2% in commercial, 10.2% in business, 25, 8% in residential, 6. 0% in industrial, 16.3% in others. Public and business usages are high road hierarchy oriented, commercial and industrial usages are intermediate, and residential and other usages are low road hierarchy oriented.
