This paper presents The Limited Floor-Area Ratio Estimating Model. The Limited Floor-Area Ratio is the floor-area ratio filled in frame of building law. The frame of this paper is based on setback regulations and breath of frontal road. And then it modelizes road network and estimats The Limited Floor-Area Ratio. As a result, it is able to supply large scale in the coast region.
