THIS PAPER DEALS WITH TWO PROBLEMS WHEN WE MEET IN BUILDING MODELS OF SPATIAL DISTRIBUTION BY USE OF AGGREGATE DATA. ONE PROBLEM RESULTS FROM THE POINT TO WHICH AGGREGATED VALUES ARE ASSIGNED IN EACH SPATIAL UNIT FOR AGGREGATION. WE GENERALLY ASSIGN AGGREGATED VALUES TO THE CENTRAL POINT BUT THEN THE MODEL HAVE SOME BIAS. THEREFORE THE POINT WHICH BRINGS THE MODEL NO BIAS IS STATED, THE OTHER PROBLEM ARISES FROM THE SPATIAL UNIT. THERE EXISTS INFINIT NUMBER OF WAYS TO DIVIDE A STUDY AREA. IN THIS PAPER THE SPATIAL UNIT IN WHICH THE MODEL HAVE MINIMUM ERRORS IS PROPOSED AS AN OPTIMAL SPATIAL UNIT.
