THE PURP0SES OF THIS PAPER ARE TO REVIEW THE RELATED RESEARCHES ON INFORMATION-FLOW AND COMMUNICATION MEDIA CHOICE MODEL, AND TO DEVELOPE A BETTER MEDIA CHOICE MODEL IN A BUSINESS SETTING. THE PAPER PROPOSES TO SET UP A SIMPLIFIED SITUATION, USING THE COMPOSITION OF EACH BUSINESS SETTING COMPONENT, AND TO DEAL WITH LOGIT MODEL IS APPLIED TO DEVELOP THE MEDIA CHOICE MODEL. AS A CONCLUSION, IT WAS FOUND THAT THE MODEL REALIZED TO DEAL WITH AN INTERACTION BETWEEN FACE-TO-FACE, I.E. TRANSPORTATION, AND TELECOMMUNICATION.
