THIS PAPER AIMS TO EXTRACT THE CONDITIONS OF THE DESIRABLE LOCATON PATTERN AND EVALUATE THE STREET NETWORKS, TAKING NOTE OF AND USING BOTH STREET NETWORK (THE“STOCK”SIDE) AND TRAFFIC VOLUME (THE“FLOW”SIDE). IN THE FORMER. THE“STOCK”SIDE, WE EVALUATED STREET NETWORK USING GRAPH THEORY AND LINK CONNECTIVITY. IN THE LATTER. THE“F-LOW”SIDE, WE SET UP THE TYPICAL OD-CENTROIDS AND IMAGINARY TRAFFIC VOLUMES INSIDE OR OUTSIDE DISTRICT, AND DISTRIBUTED THEM TO THE SHORTEST PATH. STILL, WE CONSIDERED RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE DISTRIBUTION OF EACH EVALUATED NUMBERS AND LOCATION PATTERN OF STREET NETWORKS.
