“DENSELY INHABITED COMMERCIAL AREAS” EXIST AROUND CBD AND THE ZONING CONTROL ON THESE AREAS IS THE COMMERCIAL USE DISTRICTS. BUT MANY RESIDENTS STILL LIVES IN. SO ON THIS PAPER, FIRST I AIME TO GRASP THE RECENT LAND USE CHANGES OF “DENSELY INHABITED COMMERCIAL AREAS” THROGH BOTH THE MACRO SCOPE OF URBAN SCALE AND THE MICRO SCOPE OF SMALL DISTRICTS. THEN I INDICATE THE FOLLOWING CONCLUSION THERE ARE DIFFERENT TRENDS IN EACH DISTRICTS OF “DENSELY INHABITED COMMERCIAL AREAS” CORRESPONDING TO THE DIVERSE EFFECTS OF THE URBAN STRUCTURE.
