THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS STUDY IS TO IDENTIFY THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PEOPLE'S AWARENESS OF CITY COMPONENTS DEFINED AS COMPOSING ELEMENTS IN THIS STUDY AND PEOPLE'S IMAGE OF THE CITY.A QUESTIONARE SURVEY WAS CARRIED IN HIMEJI CITY.BASED ON THE DATA, THE GOOD IMAGES OF HIMEJI WHICH ARE HELD BY PEOPLE WHO LOVE HIMEJI OR WHO HAVE PRIDE IN HIMEJI ARE IDENTIFIED. AND THE COMPOSING ELEMENTS WHICH HAVE MUCH TO DO WITH THE GOOD IMAGES ARE IDENTIFIED ALSO, THE RESULT OF THIS STUDY IS EXPECTED TO CONTRIBUTE TO IMAGE PLANNING OF HIMEJI AND OTHER CITIES.
