This paper purposed to clarify the characteristics of landscape in Pusan by means of the multivariate analysis using Landscape picture database. We construct the Landscape picture database system which can combine the picture and its attribute data in order to analyze a large quantity of image data and its characteristics synthetically. Organization of picture database is 1. attribute of viewpoint, 2. attribute of view-object, 3. classification of landscape 4. factor and phenomena of landscape obstacle 5. research of attribute 6. elements of short-distance, medium-distance and long-distance. Urban landscape was analyzed by quantification method III and the clustering method. As a result, the views were classified into 5 types.
