Yuzawa Town in Niigata has been greatly influenced by Resort Condominium Development in the late 1980's. The aim of this paper is to clarify the relation between the development and the change of land use. At the same time an attitude of residents for the resort condominium development is analysed for the response to the hasty development. And furthermore we clarify the problem of land use at the five districts and correspond to it by the Yuzawa Town Office. And some analysis for the land use and its regulation area done.
