This study aims to make clear the formation system of land and settelments of Saga's Reclaimed land from the view point of the relations to nature. The conclution are as follows; (1) the formation of the small land was advanced one by one. (2) two types of the location of the settlements are found, one inside the formed land and another on edge of the formed land/ (3) In the natural water front the settlements located on the edge take advantage of the semi-naturel space used to be the bank of waterfront. (4) The most of the residents migrated from nearby rural settlments, work in the sea in spite of the reclaimed land.
