The purpose of this study is to propose the direction for City planning and Landscape planning to mitigate heat island phenomenon base on the Distribution of Air Temperature and the Characteristics of Environment around a lake. The distribution of air temperature around Lake Teganuma were grasped in summer. The area was zoned 7 area based on environmental elements by using the multivariate method. The relation between that characteristics and each zones were analyzed and evaluated. Finally, we could propose the environmental conservation and creation mitigate heat island phenomenon considering characteristic each zones.
