'International Culture Park Project' introduces a pilot designing method, which is called 'village designing', that includes 'secondary preparation designing method responded to the environment structure'. Those planning methods are to be managed through counsel between public and private sector developers. Especially 'secondary preparation designing method responded to environment structure' is also concerned with ecological designing technic. The purpose of his study is to clarify the effect of these designing method, and to suggest the management way of these designing method in this project and other large-scale development.
