The purpose of this paper is to verify the effects of P&R where is next to the station with library.Ecchu-Funabashi station in Funabashi-village Toyama prefecture was analyzed in the following three methods.1) The analysis of the statistics date. 2) On-the-spot investigation by the observation. 3) Questionnaire to the user of Park-and-Ride system. The main results are as follows.1) The passengers of the station don't decrease.2) The use rate of the library is very high.3) Multiplier effect is admitted between both.
