Abstract
This research focuses on analysis of variance of the policy on conservation of green space in suburban area, such as regulations of building control, to raise a point of politic insufficiency in conservation of green spaces in suburban area in cities of China. As a result, suburban area planning from various period and building control have been changing a lot. Suburban green belt planned in Manzhou was abandoned after foundation of People's Republic of China. Consequently, urbanization after Reform and Opening was out of control and non-building plot appointed recent years lacked in building control system.
