Abstract
Kyumjae Chungsun, an artist of Chosun era, has left us realistic landscape painting on Seoul. By compairing his painting and the 3D topographical perspectives, we can understand both the characteristic of deformation and the angles of view. His landscape paintings are vertically enlarged more than twice, and the interval between two peaks of Mt. Nam are almost reduced to half. It seems that he had intention to paint mountains precipitously and had aesthetics on the aspect of Mt. Nam. 16 out of 19 paintings have about 45 degree of angle of view and 2paintings that have more than 80 degree are panormically or sequentially composed of two scenes each.
