Abstract

Recent society needs a new type of nursery facility which will accept a drastic change of daycare needs. On the other hand, a new type of nursery facility sometimes receives negative reaction from local community. But it is believed that a good relationship between them brings up children to become positive members of society. Thus, a wholesome manner of developing nursery facilities which will contribute to community bond for child rearing is demanded. This research, aiming for seeking that manner, begins with analyzing newspaper articles of negative reaction on opening nursery facilities from 2010 to 2016 to clarify the current condition and challenges.
