A Study on Evaluation Method of Effective Use Policy of Parking Facility in Scenic Area

Abstract

This research aims the examination of the method of evaluating the effective use policy of the parking lot in the scenic area. First of all, we arrange the parking lot policy in the scenic area by the aspect from a period and a spatial extension. Next, we arrange the evaluation process of the effective use policy of a short-term parking lot and the evaluation index. Finally, we set the evaluation index concerning the effect of the Parking Guidance and Information System and the charge policy respectively, and examine these effects by the simulation quantitatively.
