Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to consider issues of participatory project from the relation of decision making process and design review in finished space. The major findings include the followings. 1. Quality of citizen participation is not reflected easily in the cost of public works. 2. Quality of decision making process tends to appearemarkable difference in a safety measure and design of playground equipment 3. It is easy for a comprehensible physical maintenance to be proposed as solutions in decision making. 4. The problems that should be recognized are settingoals in initial stage of participatory project and maintaining them.
