The purpose of this study was to clarify the effects of
intergenerational exchanges in Kendo on the image of
among university students. The participants were 95 Kendo members from various
universities in the Kansai region. As a result of the
covariance structure analysis, it was suggested that
physical factors affected solidity factors and
virtuity factors, and eventually, accessibility was
promoted. It is suggested that the practice of Kendo
offers a direct interaction between different
generations, which ultimately helps to promote
accessibility.
