In Japanese career education psychological viewpoint plays so important role from the elementary school to the senior high school. There is a wide belief that viewing inner self will have students find their interests and they will confirm their motivation to get jobs across the adult lifespan. But increasing number of freeters tells us just psychological approach isn`t enough. In U.K, with disappearance of traditional labour works, some researchers found that working class boys restructured subcultural context where they live. In Japan Shintani(2002)found a street dance group who couldn’t adopt their schools hoped that they stayed local relationship culture. Such studies indicates it is necessary for us not only psychology but also multiple viewpoints.
