We propose a monitoring system based on concepts composed of a number of features as a monitoring target. Self-Organizing-Maps (SOM) is utilized to obtain concepts and to classify a new event into one of the concept. To make the system sustainable, the system has to deal with concept drift such as change of a concept and appearance of a new concept over time. In this work, we tried to validate use of cluster assignment error as a detection criterion of concept drift and the alogrism to detect concept drfit.
