This paper presents a human-like interview system that utilizes android robots with enhanced conversational skills, including attentive listening, conversational repairs, and user fluency adaptation. Additionally, this system can analyze and present findings after interviews. We implemented this system in a real-world case study at SIGDIAL 2024 with 42 participants, 69% of whom had favorable responses. The results confirm the system's capability to conduct interviews comparable to human interviews. This is the first employment of such a system at an international conference.
