Abstract
To evaluate the superiority of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)-type electrode to oxygen(O2)-type electrode as a glucose sensor, in vitro and in vivo experiments have been conducted. Minimal effect of change in O2 tension on H2O2-type sensor's output indicated that our-developed needle-type glucose sensor using H2O2-type electrode could detect glucose concentration in sc tissue with least effect of change in O2 tension
