Abstract
In some of the solutes the exit concentration is kept zero, when activated charcoal is used for adsorber of Direct Hemoperfusion. Because, the minimum volume of the activated chacoal in which the exit concentration is kept zero, is too much to carry out the DHP in safty. Hence, we invented the calcuration of the concentration in the body, when the exit concentration is not zero and changes every moment.
Besides, the deference of the adsorption velosity in several solutes was known by the experiment of the complete mixing batch adsorption. And it was known that the rate-determining step of creatinine was in the adsoptive step.
Moreover, it was known tnat the 2-layered adsorber bed: lager particles are laid under smaller, was an effective method for prevention of channeling.
