分光法によるネオンシートプラズマのイオン温度測定

The effect of the discharge current Id of a sheet plasma on the neon ion temperature which is one of the parameter for gas divertor experiment has been experimentally investigated. The neon ion temperature T_i is measured from the Doppler broad of emission spectrum in the sheet plasma by spectroscopy. We have observed that the value of T_i is nearly constant with respect to Id.
