A sensitive colorimetrmetric and a fluorometric determination of hydrogen peroxide and glucose using o-phenylenediamine-peroxidase system were described. Under the optimum conditions, hydrogen peroxide and glucose concentration in the range of 0.01 mM to 0.5 mM and 0.01mg to 2.0mg/ml can be determined colorimetrically, respectively. And also the amount of 1μM to 100μEM of hydrogen peroxide and 1μEg to 200μg/ml of glucose can be determined fluorometrically.
