Abstract
SCGE, Spatial Computable GeneralEquilibrium, models has been developed for comprehensive and spatial assessment of infrastructure policy. Recently, logit type SCGE models become popular because of its tractability and lower necessity of spatial economic benchmark data. On the other hand, theoretical inconsistency of logit type SCGE model with pure general equilibrium theory, non-homogeneity with respect to price variables. This theoretical inconsistency may or may not affect to consequence of spatial effects of the policy pragmatically, while it is not tested quantitatively. This paper conducts a sensitive analysis with regard to numeraire price choice on the logit type ‘quasi’ SCGE model and finds the non-homogeneity may not be a matter seriously.
