Abstract

The development of flying car is promoted around the world. However, it is not clear what the spread of flying car affect lives of the people. Therefore, this study clarified how the transportation of flying car reduce the amount of time focusing on the access for hospital visit in secondary medical region. As a result, it is suggested that the effect of transportation of flying car on municipalities with a population of 5,000 or less, a late aging rate of 20% or more and travel time of 60 minutes or more to the hospital is great. And then, it is also suggested that the effect of transportation of flying car on municipalities with a population of 10,000 or more, a late aging rate of 20% or less and travel time of 30 minutes or less to the hospital is small.
