STUDY ON THE MECHANISM OF COMMUNITY MAKING FOR SHOPPING MOBILITY TRANSPORT

Abstract

 In Japan, the care and health maintenance of the elderly due to the super-aging society has become a problem. In recent years, the idea based on the idea of aging in place (community residence) has become widespread, and how to support elderly people who want to live in the community while continuing to live at home has become an issue. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures such as a comfortable place, an environment where it is easy to go out, and support for independence. However, it can be said that there is an urgent need to deal with various problems such as the situa-tion where it is difficult to go out on its own due to topographical factors, the hindrance to going out due to undeveloped public transportation.

 The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of the mutual assistance transportation created in the area by taking up the shopping support by the "Bukko Fureai Wagon", which is being tested in the Bukko district of Hodogaya Ward, Yokohama City.
