Abstract
We have developed a fire spread simulation system in the massive earthquake. Currently, we are distributing the system to target voluntary organization for disaster prevention of Matsuyama and Fire Department of Matsuyama. The system is used as a tool for active voluntary organization for disaster prevention. At the same time, using the system, along with the government and citizens, we have to practice risk communication. In the course of them, or the government, from the residents, we got the desire or criticism of the system. In this study, improvements were made to the need for a system that we had from the government. In addition, for the question about the reproducibility of the system that we received from a chairman of voluntary organization for disaster prevention, It was verified by Fukumitsu conflagration and Sakata conflagration of real conflagration that our developinig system is consistent.
