DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION OF THE STRATEGIC MEASURE TO THE IMPROVEMENT IN THE CONTINUITY CAPACITY OF THE DISTRICT IN PREPARATION FOR THE NANKAI TROUGH EARTHQUAKE – THE DUTIES EXAMPLE WHICH THE DISTRICT NATIONAL UNIVERSITIES ACHIEVE –

Abstract

 In preparation for the Nankai trough great earthquake, each organization needs to cooperate with a business continuous plan (Business Continuity Plan:BCP), and each organizations, need to do the decision promotion of the district continuous plan (District Continuity Plan:DCP). The Kagawa University crisis and security management research center performs follows: 1) The making of the platform for an industry-academic-government to argue for DCP development, 2) The offer of the DCP development tool which applied district impact analysis technique, 3) Effect inspection effect of administrative company BCP which I understood from DCP development process, 4) The suggestion of the disaster prevention. Our activity gets a high evaluation from a branch office and Kagawa of the government, the local government, the lifeline connection company and it is placed in "the 2014 disaster prevention white paper district disaster prevention plan system" of the Cabinet Office publication and gives result steadily. This report describes the activity contents and action result.
