Abstract
About the disaster response of the local construction company in the 2016 Kumamoto earthquake, we conducted a interview survey for Kumamoto Prefecture Construction Association and senior executives. As a result, there was no problem regarding the cooperation between the organizations, but the requests for dispatch from local governments was delayed due to reasons such as the fact that the affairs of local government officials had not been handed over at the beginning of the new fiscal year. And the disaster information sharing system did not work due to interrupt communication line.
In this research, especially focusing on sharing of disaster information, the way of command order and labor accidents, we examined an effective cooperation system between municipalities and local construction companies in disaster restoration.
