Abstract
 This paper introduces 4(four) i-Construction cases which practically implemented in Singapore's MRT construction projects. 1) Biometric authentication system with RFID for site gates in/out management. 2) RFID turnstile gate for confined space entry management on site. 3) Site surveillance by IP cameras and broadcasting to website/smartphone. 4) Realtime web broadcasting of instrumentation readings by Instrumentation Contractor. Instrumentation readings are open to the Employer, the Contractor and the Consultants anytime anywhere. SMS alarming system is also implemented when the reading reaches alert/work suspension level. These implementations and enhanced safety conscious of all the personel involved in projects . Observation study discovered how this enhancement contributed to the prevention of accidents on sites through national statistics of workplace safety and health from 2006 to 2016 .
