Abstract
 At the Kabagawa dam site under construction, there are at most 440 of damp truckS for transport of aggregate in a day via ordinary road and community road for local people. Efficient truck operation management and prevention of human error are important to prevent traffic accident.
 “VasMap” is adapted as operation management system. All of damp trucks for transport of aggregate had a tablet terminal with GPS. Position and velocity of each truck were obtained, and driving condition was controlled in real time at the office of the Kabagawa dam. Main traffic points were selected based on hazard map, which was made by on-site inspection and hearing survey with local people. At main traffic points, there were attention attracting announcing for drivers automatically and it was utilized as countermove of traffic accident.
