保育巡回相談におけるコンサルテーション満足度評価尺度の作成の試み

The necessity for the consultation for a nursery school is more increasing. Althought, the means of the evaluation is not yet established fully. It is required to create a measure as a formative evaluation means for improving more not the surmmative evaluation that clarifies the function of consultation but service. In this research, Persons & Meyers (1984) were translated and the standardization was tried. In two areas which are holding a consultation for a nursery school, investigation was performed for 170 child care persons. As a result, two factors were able to be found out. The first factor is a “consultation process” and the second factor is the “consultation effect.” This measure could be used as a key for effectiveness the consultation for a nursery school better.
