There is no clear development method for the development of craft workshops in Taiwan. In many cases, the space allocation of workshops is changed because of the need, and there is a lack of long-term planning thinking. Therefore, in the process of space development in the face of experience economy or service, there is a great lack of thinking about users. The purpose of this study is to summarize a set of spatial planning indicators for the craft workshops, which will be used as a reference for planning craftsmen or workers who wish to set up workshops in the future. In the study, through the method of Delphi, There were interviewed as sixteen workshop leaders, including two scholars with creative experience. In the change of life style and the change of industry, Taiwan has gradually transformed the craft workshop from the manufacturing mode of the manufacturing industry to the business model of the service industry. In terms of results, production and production in space planning is no longer the most important factor to think about. Instead, education space and exhibition space have become the main planning elements.
