Recently, engineering education has been called engineers education or design education, and new programs and projects at universities and technical colleges have been started in diversified social environment. At Osaka Prefecture University, which was reorganized in 2005, the Advanced Education Development Center and the Intellectual Bridge Center work on the enhancement of faculty development (FD) . In this paper, it is shown that FD seminar, symposium for educational reform, course evaluation, and meeting for intellectual property and patent specification are held, and achieve concrete results.
