Two engineering education projects were executed in Suzuka National College of Technology (SNCT) from 2006 to 2010. Those were “Engineering Education Projects through Using of College of Technology for Small and Medium Industry” by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and “Engineering Education Projects of Manufacturing for the student” by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology (MEXT) . This paper reports the outcomes of the unique lecture by the cooperation of local industry and local community for young engineer of small and medium industries and student of College of Technologies. Then the outlines of the engineering design textbook, what were edited by the SNCT and TMCT (Toba National College of Maritime Technology) with the cooperation of local industry and the local community, are introduced.
