The Polytechnic University (PTU) takes the training of the vocational training instructor, investigation and a research about the vocational ability development. New instructor training course was established and that it was possible to become a vocational instructor widely from 2014. We would like to introduce efforts and the class contents about the leadership training by the vocational training instructor. We implemented research the instructor’s ability evaluation and the degree of the satisfaction and the acquisition after implementing classes. The research result is based, we would like to report verifying whether or not the ability which the vocational training instructor needs was trained up.
