抄録
When students go out into society, they are required to produce results in their work. It is said that the ability to clearly set goals and to create and execute the necessary setups to achieve those goals is a key factor of the project success to produce results. Furthermore, acquiring such thinking and behavioral habits is an effective ability throughout life, which is thought as the purpose of the project management education. Project-based learning classes are considered to foster such ability from project experience. In this paper, aiming to develop such abilities, the structure of the project-based learning classes is associated with the success factors of the project, and the key components of project management education for producing results in the project were extracted. This paper depicted the education implemented for faculty and staff and verified its effectiveness by evaluating the degree of empathy for the purpose of the project management education mentioned above.
