In this article, we explain the concept Unconscious Bias, introduced in Japan in 2008 by Professor Hisako Ohtsubo. To promote Diversity as well as Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in education, we present our classroom practices and the teaching materials we used to raise awareness of the bias.
