Technical Training of Mechanical Design for Young Engineers in Company in a Time Most of Young People Don't Have Inclination for Science and Technology

Abstract

Now a time most of young people do not have inclination for science and engineering. Young engineers in company have change in quality for technology. So many technical design section managers in company want to re-educate the dynamics required subjects in university. The author consider the cause for re-education, and show the main cause is the changing in design system in company. It is necessary to improve the technical training system the company should educate young engineers in co-operation closelywith university.
