  In Japan, localized torrential rainfall generated by isolated cumulonimbus that grow rapidly in Summer and Baiu season is called as "Guerella-heavy-rainfall". Heavy rainfall is a type disaster in urban area. We need more knowledge about this type heavy rain. The most important thing on this study is to get the important signal of cloud before the first of rainfall echo occur. We used two important equipments used for this study are the satellite Himawari-8 and XRAIN radar.  The cloud data taken from the Himawari-8 and rainfall data taken from XRAIN are overlaying to see the correlation of cloud and rain development in Kinkii region. The overlaying Himawari-8 data and XRAIN data on 8 August 2015 shows that isolated convective cloud was detected by Himawari-8 following by short term heavy rainfall. The location of the occurrence of rainfall were not in the top cloud temperature (tbb) area.
