Abstract
The ability to cope with work in the DX era is examined in this paper from the viewpoint of junior college information literacy education. First, an overview of how information literacy is understood is presented. Following that, the positioning of junior colleges and the status of management information system education are confirmed. Then, we conduct two surveys, one on companies that hire junior college students and the other on junior college students, and demonstrate that junior college graduates play an important role in local companies. Moreover, further consideration will be needed to yield any findings about rethinking of junior college information literacy education equivalent to university in view of curriculum.
