Freshpersons in university have not been necessarily well educated about the copyright before their entrance. In this paper we discuss design and practice for learning of the copyright. We have taken up problems of the limitation of the copyright, especially, quotation of a copyrightable work and the reproduction for private use. We know that actions in the ordinary sense sometimes cause infringements of the copyright. For the cases we have investigated changes of learners’ mind by learning. If they start to learn the law with the prohibition terms, then they incline to get suppressive. We show that it works well to make practices of rightful use of copyrightable works in the beginning of the learning.
