Abstract

To achieve low fluence, the nanosecond alexandrite laser with a wavelength of 755 nm is applied at a specific distance. The entire face is irradiated for the treatment of pigmented lesions and skin rejuvenation. While several sessions may be required, it is of significance that this laser treatment can be performed without downtime and without causing post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. No complications such as depigmentation or scarring have been observed, making this treatment safe and effective.
