老人性色素斑に対するレーザー治療の経験

In the laser therapy of senile freckle, we have employed several kinds of laser treatments taking account of the characteristics of the disease. 1) Choice of lasers is made among CW Laser, Pulse Laser, and Q-Switched Laser. 2) Area of laser irradiation should be greater than the region. 3) Repeated irradiation is necessary to obtain a sufficient dose by considering the energy distribution of the laser beam. Insufficient dose may induce the recurrence. 4) It is necessary to obtain the“Informed consensus”on the possible recurrence of the disease and/or the reactive pigmentation.
