Neuroblastoma, C-1300 on the back of A-Jacks mice were irradiated by Argon Laser with or without Acridine Orange (A. O.) experimentally. Spectra physics Model 770 was used for Argon Laser System. Strength of Argon Leser was 100 Joule/cm2. Dosage of A. O. was 0. 04mg/gwt. Prolongation of surviral days and slow subsequent grow back were noted, and also in some cases of Argon Laser with A. O. treated group, the extensive necroses of the neuroblastoma cells were noted. This photo-toxic method will have Possbilty to become palliative treatement for the neuroblastoma.
