口顎顔面領域疾患に対するGaAlAsレーザーの治験

抄録

Three types of GaAlAs diode lasers,“790nm, 10mW (max. power)”,“790nm, 20mW (max. power)”and“830nm, 10mW (max. power)”, have been trially applied to 165 cases of various kind of deseases in oral and maxillo-facial surgery and their clinical applicabilitys to this field were survayed evaluating the therapautic effects.
As the result, the lasers were proved to have anti-inflammatory effect,activating effect on wound healing, analgesic effect and so on, just as popularly known. In addition to these, depigmentation effect on oral mucosa and others have been newly found out in these GaAlAs diode lasers.
